Tea Academy

Green tea is not fermented tea; tea polyphenols content is high. Huanghua Yunjian is produced in Huanghua Mountain, Ningguo City, Anhui Province. The mysterious 30 degrees north provides ideal conditions for growing high-quality tea trees. The forest coverage rate in this area is over 90%, and the Gugu Tea Academy selects old tea trees at an altitude of 800 meters and in a natural symbiotic state with hundreds of Chinese herbal plants. Huanghua Yunjian tea is purely handmade, with potent buds and fat leaves, light green and bright soup color, the fragrant fragrance of flowers, and a mellow and sweet drink.

Lapsang souchong is the first fermented tea in the Tongmu area of Wuyi Mountain, Fujian Province. It is fermented tea, the ancestor of black tea in the world, and has more than 400 years of history. After it was introduced to Europe in 1610, lapsang Souchong was sincerely sought after by the British royal family and wealthy people. The Gugu Tea Academy selects wild tea trees at an altitude of 1000 meters above Wuyi Mountain Nature Reserve to make the tea full of natural flower and fruit fragrance, mellow and refreshing taste, and bright orange color. The Lapsang souchong can promote digestion and nourish the stomach. It has become a trend to drink black tea with fresh milk.

We serve those two types of tea besides white tea. Both types of tea are selected according to the same criteria as white tea: pure organic tea, which comes from old tea plants in the wild and is made by hand.

正山小种首创于福建省武夷山桐木地区，全发酵茶，是世界红茶鼻祖，至今已有400多年历史，在1610年流入欧洲后深受英国皇室和富豪们的追捧。顾子茶院甄选武夷山自然保护区内海拔1000米以上野生茶树制作，富有天然花果香，滋味醇正甘爽，汤色橙黄透亮。红茶能够促进人体消化，养胃效果极佳，在其中加入新鲜牛奶的喝法已然成为一种潮流。

除了白茶系列，我们还提供黄花云间和正山小种这两种茶。这两种类型的茶都是根据与白茶相同的标准选择的：纯有机，来自野生的老茶树，纯手工制作。
