Enjoy Tea Tasting, and Experience Cha Dao (茶道); The ancient Chinese tea ceremony that elevates the nature and flavor of tea。 Cha Dao, 茶道—literally means ‘the Way of Tea’, is the ancient practice at the heart of Chinese tea culture.

GuGu Tea Academy periodically offers tea therapy for our member to deeply understand the interaction between the body and tea, and to explore the body responses toward different tea system mentally and physically. While practicing your daily tea ceremony, pay attention to yourself and enjoy yourself with energy from the QI (茶气), you will experience the physical and mental pleasure brought by the authentic Chinese loose-leaf tea from the century-old tea trees.

We invite you to attend our Chinese tea therapy events (VIP member benefits) to explore how you can gain health benefit from daily tea practice with GuGu Tea Academy. Through tea-tasting via various  brewing approaches including Gai Wan, Gong Fu Cha, and Yi Xing Clay Pot, you will experience the rich flavor that tradition gives to tea. Our Tea therapy  will immerse you into a whole new cultural experience while allowing you to learn and explore dynamic tea routine, and most importantly, experience an Active Meditation through the way of brewing.
