White Tea

White tea is harvested once a year, and is only the youngest, finest leaves and buds are painstakingly plucked from the camellia sinensis plant in mid-March to early April and only on days when it is not rainy or humid.

White tea is harvested once a year and is only the youngest, finest leaves and buds are painstakingly plucked from the camellia sinensis plant in mid-March to early April and only on days when it is not rainy or humid. White tea gets its name from a silvery type down that covers the leaves and unopened buds, known as “Hao.”

We offer two types of white tea from Fujian: Wild Gong Mei and White Peony. Our specialty is that our white tea is sourced from wild tea trees and is completely organic.

 

At the beginning of each winter, our team goes to the deep mountains and forests to search for this kind of wild tea tree to ensure that it can be harvested within the limited time in the spring. Therefore, the yield is extremely low, and the nutritional value is rich. We also specially invited traditional tea stir-fry masters to make white tea in the most traditional ancient way.

白茶一年采茶一次,在3月中旬到4月初,只在不下雨或潮湿的日子里采摘。只有最好的嫩叶和芽从初春的茶树上被精心采摘制作而成白茶。白茶得名于一种银色的绒毛,覆盖在叶子和未打开的芽上,被称为“壕”。白茶是一种属微发酵茶,氨基酸和黄酮含量高,主要产区就在福建。白茶大家都讲究一个陈茶,就是说时间越久的白茶口感会更加的醇厚、更香浓,而且它的药用价值也会更高。

我们有两种来自福的建白茶:荒野贡眉和福鼎白牡丹。我们的特色是我们的白茶来自野生茶树,是纯有机的。每年冬季开始,我们的团队都要深入深山老林寻找这种野生茶树,以确保春季能够即时采摘。所以产量极低,营养价值丰富。我们还特别邀请了传统茶炒大师,用最传统的古法制作白茶。
