    TEA BREWING METHODS

    • Teapot/tureen brewing: For every 2-3g (0.1 oz) tea leaves, add 142g (5 oz) of 90-100 degrees hot water, and the soup will be prepared in 1 minute. Add 1 minute to serve the soup each time, and it can be continued to brew 5 to 6 times (open the lid).

    • Teacup brewing: For every 2-3g (0.1 oz) tea leaves, add 284g (10 oz) of 90-100 degree hot water. Re-add the hot water at the end of drinking. It can continue to brew 4-5 times (with the lid off).
