Green tea is not fermented tea; tea polyphenols content is high. Huanghua Yunjian is produced in Huanghua Mountain, Ningguo City, Anhui Province. The mysterious 30 degrees north provides ideal conditions for growing high-quality tea trees. The forest coverage rate in this area is over 90%, and the Gugu Tea Academy selects old tea trees at an altitude of 800 meters and in a natural symbiotic state with hundreds of Chinese herbal plants.     TEA BREWING METHODS

    • Teapot brewing: For every 2-3g (0.1 oz) tea leaves, add 85g (3 oz) of 90-100 degrees hot water, and pour the water out in 10 seconds. Add 5-10 seconds each time afterward. It can be continued to brew 6 to 7 times (open the lid).
    • Teacup brewing: For every 2-3g (0.1 oz) of tea leaves, add 284g (10 oz) of 90-100 degree hot water. Re-add the hot water at the end of drinking. It can be continuing to brew 6-7 times (with the lid off).
